These Terms of Service govern your use of Comment Moderator, a private CRM for managing Instagram comments on connected Instagram Business or Creator accounts.
The Service helps authorized users collect, review, classify, hide, unhide, keep, delete, and reply to Instagram comments through the official Instagram Platform API.
To use the Service, you must authorize access to an Instagram account that you own or are permitted to manage. By connecting an account, you allow the Service to read comments, receive webhook events, moderate comments, and publish replies when manually approved by an authorized CRM user.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to manage the connected Instagram account and for all moderation decisions made through the CRM.
AI classification and reply generation are provided as assistance only. AI results may be inaccurate. Final decisions to hide, delete, keep, or reply to comments remain the responsibility of authorized CRM users.
AI replies are drafts. Replies are published to Instagram only after manual approval by an authorized CRM user.
The Service depends on Instagram Platform API availability, access tokens, webhook delivery, and Meta platform permissions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Instagram data.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed webhook events, API limitations, or accidental moderation actions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
