Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of data associated with your Instagram account from Comment Moderator at any time.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to aerostovsky@gmail.com with the subject line "Comment Moderator Data Deletion" and include:

• the Instagram username connected to the CRM;
• the email address or CRM username used to access the Service;
• a short request to delete your data.

What We Delete

After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize stored Instagram account data, OAuth tokens, comment records, reply drafts, and moderation history associated with the connected account, unless retention is required for security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Timeline

Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days.

Revoking Access

You may also revoke the app's access in your Instagram or Meta account settings. Revoking access stops future API access, but you should still email us if you want stored CRM data deleted.
